I am trying to find out how big the Studio Scale 2001 Aries 1b was? I want to make the Studio Scale model, thanks!

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I don't think anyone knows because the models were destroyed right after filming 2001.
However, Scott Alexander (Capt. Cardboard) is making an outstanding kit of the Aries. I've seen it up close, and it is beautifully crafted. It is 15 inches in diameter with full interior. His website says it is still in development, but you can ask him about it on his site...
