Brad's BTTF DeLorean! - LastBattlestar - 09-15-2013
I was reading the news on line this morning and came across this!

Brad is an old buddy of mine from waaaay back in the early Galactica building days and is a member here, BrisFX. We've sort of lost contact in recent years due to life etc. but he was kind enough to let me visit and stay at his place in Brisbane Qld. a couple of times at the end of working trips. He's the original studio scale Galactica builder, still unfinished like mine, but it looks like he's been busy. I recall seeing a Mr. Fusion when I was last there, but didn't know it would turn into a whole car!

Great looking car, I'm not expert enough to tell if it's complete, but it sure looks the part. So cool. Nikki is a massive BTTF fan and wants it for her wedding car.

Do.you have build up pics postsd somewhere? It would be cool to see it going together, what all the parts.are, how the rear area was stripped out, where the water goes when it rains...

Funny I was just speaking with Brad this morning.
I hadn't seen pictures of the Delorian since he started 'reworking' it.
Pretty kool stuff Brad.
Going to be getting me a picture in that thing.
Might ask if I can wear the clothes he has to go with it.

Yeah, we gotta get up there again some day and see you guys. Nikki would go nuts over the time machine, she's a BTTF nut! We sometimes see a standard car around here with the plates 'BB NGONE'. Get it?

Sorry if I’m mistaken but is this the same DeLorean that visited me in Toowoomba and you also had an original cylon helmet as well. I think you went be the name sleepless.

Hey Brad, GREAT to talk with you on Saturday night, it been a few years now but nice talkin' to you again.
I reckon it must have been around 1997-98 when I first found your Galactica build (or a first attempt) on the web using dial-up internet. I saw that build and Jim's a while later and said to myself, I really want one of those. I remember talking on the phone and asking a million questions about kit part details. Man that was hard back in the day!
Looking forward to coming up and seeing the DeLorean. Nikki's been dreaming about riding in the time machine since 1985.
