My TIE Bomber - SusieQ - 10-17-2013 Here are the kits for the TIE Bomber and my parts for it plus a few extras! RE: My TIE Bomber - JAWS - 10-17-2013 Great start Susie. Now you have to take the next step & get started. That's sometimes the hardest step in doing these projects. Plenty of us have & are building this subject so will help figure out any queries. Thanks for sharing. RE: My TIE Bomber - Wombat - 10-17-2013 Nice but i do have one query. Someones holding out on some ref, what do the beef patties donate i thought the falcon was the hamburger ship? LOL RE: My TIE Bomber - Stefan Hacker - 10-17-2013 (10-17-2013, 09:15 PM)Wombat Wrote: Someones holding out on some ref, what do the beef patties donate i thought the falcon was the hamburger ship? LOL LOL Yeah i´ve seen it as well. Maybe those were the bombs they dropped on the asteroid. ![]() RE: My TIE Bomber - JAWS - 10-18-2013 ANH Training remote..... RE: My TIE Bomber - joewhite - 10-18-2013 What is it about two beef patty boxes that makes us giggle? LOL! I was thinking the same thing! New meat wings! LOL! Good assembly of parts! Looking forward to your build! Joe RE: My TIE Bomber - LastBattlestar - 10-19-2013 30 year old vintage issue beef patties? Amazing what you can find on eBay... Welcome Susie. Get building. ![]() Mike RE: My TIE Bomber - bwayne64 - 10-19-2013 My two favorite things, food and old model kits, Nice start and nice stack of kits, Cheers,Joe RE: My TIE Bomber - SusieQ - 11-21-2013 The hamburger patties are for a secret project that I am not at liberty to divulge!! I finally got the tubes cut and squared up. Now I will start scribing all the panel lines. What would be the best way to scribe the 12 lines that run around the two tubes? Thanks.
RE: My TIE Bomber - Tsophika - 11-22-2013 I took a different direction than most when building mine. The lines have to be wide enough for the M3 piece to clip into them. I built that section out of styrene rings. RE: My TIE Bomber - LeeS - 11-22-2013 Interesting way to do it. RE: My TIE Bomber - JAWS - 11-27-2013 Any progress on your build Susie? RE: My TIE Bomber - SusieQ - 12-04-2013 No progress at this moment. I'm waiting on a new saw I bought to try scribing the lines. Working on other projects till then. Will have an update soon. |
