Yes, Leggs eggs are back... at least for a little while.
I saw some in local pharmacy while waiting on some prescription refills, and had to buy one.
Apparently they got reissued as a 40th (!) Anniversary Limited Edition late in 2013, and there is some kind of sweepstakes going on over at the Hanes website.
Sadly, while these are the same size as the originals from the 1970's, the re-issue has two holes added to the top and to the bottom. But hey, we are modelers, right?

That's funny. These will all get snatched up by studio scale modelers. Too bad about the holes. Are the stockings good as a paint filter?

Great find! The leggs were also used for the snout on Muffit II of classic Battlestar Galactica fame.

I've also noticed quite a few different sizes of Easter eggs (with candy inside) in the local Walmart, department store, etc. You could make all different sized Y-wings. Oh my, I'm in trouble!

Not sure why but all the Easter eggs I'm seeing this year have the double holes in them.
