TIE Bomber dish/wing extensions - joewhite - 03-22-2014

Thanks for your patience guys! I'm ready to ship and have 8 sets ready. Not pictured are the cockpit domes but they are ready for those needing them.

I offered this set a few years ago. Recently, I went back and made some corrections and am offering new sets.

No problem, I can sell separately. As for the extensions, I apologize but my cutter guy had a problem exporting some files. The extensions won't be ready until Tuesday-ish. But that's cool because I might have the cockpit dome done as well if anyone needs that, too. For those only needing a dish, I will hit you up later tonight.

Ok, I got the cockpit dome done and will start molding tomorrow. This is the acrylic version of the dome. I cut it just like ILM did so you will have to modify your Vader TIE canopy frame.

Also, please be aware that the price may change due to shipping charges. I originally looked at boxes that will be too small for the bundles. However, the good news is that it shouldn't affect the current prices too much.

Once I start casting, I will have bundle prices available again. As for the hubs, they might take a little longer.

I wasn't planning on it. I didn't want to offer garage kit parts. What I am trying to offer are the raw parts with needed cuts. The cuts can make or break some people's patience so that's where I step in. These pieces still allow you to inject some of your own personal elbow grease while eliminating most of the measurement guesswork resulting in a more satisfying build than just assembling a kit, IMO.

Ok, I got 8 sets from the cutter last night. Now, I'm not entirely happy with the results. The cut outs are nice however, the scribed line is a little too deep in my opinion in two areas. There are two corners that are almost cut through the entire part. Therefore, there are two very tiny holes on the backside. I'm going back today to see if I can get better parts made. So I apologize for the longer wait!!!!!!!

I did finish molding the cockpit dome. The test pour came out nice and I am ready to make those now.

So, I figured out the pricing. The only thing going up is shipping.

For the set of all three parts: $45 shipped. International: $50 shipped.

Individual parts are $15 + shipping.

Oh, FYI, the panel lines on the extgensions are meant for the builder to use as a guide and scribe to their desired depth.
