Battlestar body plans/patterns/blueprints - star-art - 06-25-2014
Someone just asked for a copy of my most recently updated building plans and I had a few more sets printed. These have not been made available in quite a while and I do not plan to print them again since not very many people want to tackle a battlestar build from scratch.
If you are serious about such a build and would like a huge "head start" in the form of plan views, cross sections, and developed skin patterns, please PM me for details. These are not cheap as they are large, poster-size sheets (24 X 44 inches) and there are seven sheets in a set. This covers the body *only* and no surface details are included.
The plans are printed at 1/2 the size of the actual studio model since full-size patterns would be so huge you'd have to unroll them in your driveway. LOL This also makes it more practical to ship them rolled up inside a mailing tube.

Plans arrived.
Getting them in 1:1 scale is the way to go.
Cheers mate this will help heaps.
Anyone even interested in building a G should grab these.
They need some tweaking as Charles has said but will make everything that much easier.

Someone from the UK who obtained my battlestar body plans a while back has decided not to build a model after all and now wants to sell them. Due to high shipping costs, if you are in the UK and would like a set of plans it is much more affordable to get them from him rather than paying for International shipping.
