New V3 TOS Hero Viper Pattern - JAWS - 06-25-2014
As always I like to share what I am doing.
So at present one of my side projects is an accurate replica of the APOGEE Hero Viper castings before being cut into Hero models.
I have had a crack with my Roto caster I built to do the Raiders.
Have spun a couple of test Fuselages to see if I can rework into a more studio accurate Viper pattern. Then have cut the bottom out to see which direction I should go in making this happen.
The final studio picture is where we want to get to.

You will notice there are some small bubbles/holes from the Roto Casting. This is inevitable with Roto Casting to an extent. Noticeable in comparance to the solid pressure castings I supply with the current kit.
