Studio Scale Probe droid. - Ralphee - 11-13-2014 OK, seeing as ill be building another one of these in styrene at some point, my original PD model will be offered for sale. This was the first one that started a long, mad and interesting journey alongside my good friend Guy Cowen into fully IDing this model, and creating the first stop motion legs. Some of you may have followed our thread on the other forum. This started out as the NiceN model, but only the basic head and body profiles remain, all kit parts on the model, are just that, original planted on donor parts. The main eye is illuminated via a 9v battery within the head cavity. Legs are made from the lightweight accurate ABS channel, adorn original kit parts, and are articulated, i will admit, due to some silly schoolboy errors as these were the first and it was a learning curve hehe, three joints are fixed, and i can point these out to any prospective buyer. The model sits upon a base and will be supplied with the tele Panavise in the pic. I will endeavour this weekend to take a bunch of hi res pics, but ill post this one i have currently. The model is large, it will break down to a head, body and legs package as they are removable, it will be heavy and a costly ship internationally as I'm in the UK, so keep that in mind. I've also seen this beast many times and its worth every penny. Mines looking at me now and shaking its head in dismay !!!!
