New Members 'Compolsary' Posting - JAWS - 11-30-2017

Ok.
It is absolutely 'compolsary' all members post an introduction.
Failure to do so will result in being deleted.
I will not sign up people repetivly for failing to do this.
It's not hard or much to ask.

RE: New Members 'Compolsary' Posting - StudioKitbash - 04-09-2020

Greetings,

This is my first post, and first time on the site. I learned about SSM from the RPF, where I go by the username Studio Kitbash. I build only Star Wars studio scale models, starting with the Y-Wing, and now trying to move up to the 5-footer Millennium Falcon.

Would appreciate any/all pointers/links/tutorials to how this place operates, how it differs from RPF, and in which ways it is better/different/worse so that I can get up to speed fairly quickly.

By day I am a college professor, and I have a wife, ten children, and three grandchildren. I live in Wheaton, Illinois, one of the many suburbs of Chicagoland.
