Thanks! I've been trying to ID this part from the Y. Closest was the 1/35 Tamiya M60. But it was too small.

Do you know if we need the original M60 for the Studio Scale Galactica, or the M60 A1. All the parts maps show it as the M60 A1. Thanks

There are M60 parts on ragtag ships for sure. I'm fairly sure all the big G parts are from common m60/m60A1 sprues as I pulled them before having an M60 kit. But that was awhile ago so don't consider it definitive.

I can't say I have come across a part that wasn't in either of the two kits.
I've searched through known photos of the Model Shop for both Star Wars and Galactica and haven't seen either kit on the racks.
