The G pics were by Chris Pappas, "purchased" by Kurt Kuhn and "published" on Resin Illuminati many yahrens ago. There are roughly 300 or so in that set. Only one pic in there from me that I can see. That one was posted on my Facebook feed. There were also a couple copies of a previously published photo used for a poster magazine and also the cover for the Parker Brothers game box.
