I haven't joined any forums in a long time! Ever since Facebook has moved in, its taken over a lot but there a few things that even Facebook cant do!
I haven't built much..... well anything in fact.... but I would love a little help identifying a few greeblies. I hope to check out the galleries soon. I can't wait to see what others have built and if anything just learn new techniques even if I never advance far enough to build anything!
I live in San Francisco and have visited Skywalker ranch twice, Industrial Light and Magic while they were closing shop and I even visited Phil Tippets studio recently and I'm trying to find a way into Lucasfilms Presidio/Letterman campus eventually.

Welcome Chris. Reference & Research is the sites back bone.
Alot of knowledgeable & talented modelers pop in that will answer questions.
It's not overly busy so fellow members welcomed.
