KBOP A new twist, finished - erospawn - 03-17-2010 Alright..took a small break on this one.. for those who saw it when it was posted in WIPS section, here it is finished. The wings are positional and I made a base for the ship as well.. Its in the shape of a Klingon Symbol and the lower arrows are actually switches. One turns on the lights and the other fires the Photon torpedo.. I love the subtle lighting. Is that base made entirely from scratch? It looks machine made.
RE: KBOP A new twist, finished - erospawn - 03-18-2010 The base was made from styrene...so its completely scratch. I ended up buying some cheap mechanical penciles...and tearing them apart for the springs.. I used the springs for the switches. RE: KBOP A new twist, finished - JAWS - 03-18-2010 I really like the paint work & the dirty lighting of the engines. It looks real grungy. Good job Ron. Whens that kit of yours arriveing??????? |
