Evening All - AKULA - 08-04-2010
I'm more of a wargamer, than a modeller as such, but I do scratchbuild more and more terrain these days.
Have got the Battlestar Galactica bug, and am looking to build a collection of 1/48th BSG ships. Have already got some some of the Black Sun Vipers, and the Fantastic Plastic Cylon (not to mention the original Monogram kit), but am interested in what else is out there.
If anyone has a 1:48 Black Sun Raptor they'd be happy to part with for cash PLEASE PM me....

Welcome aboard. I used to do a lot of mini fig painting when i was in junior high and high school. Still have a bunch of the figs in boxes somewhere. This is back in the 100% lead good old days.
There is some amazing stuff in the mini fig area. i don't keep up with a lot of it but look at the pics on line for inspiration on colors and textures. Rackham games is one of my favorites and has very cool stuff.
