I guess what I should’ve said some people don’t paint the ships because they want to show all of the different kits used.

Did you get the Hummel parts? Is it the same 1/15 scale kit used on Star Wars ships?

No , I am missing the Hummel parts and also the 1/76 250-10 halftrack body. The hummel kit is the same 1/15 bandai kit used in some star wars builds. Thank you for the kind words !

Jerry , did you ever get a cast of the yamato bridge section you were looking for a while back ? if not i have a few . Also have you started the astral gueen build again ? Looking to start that build soon and would love to follow your progress.

Yes I did, and the centurion fenders too, the one I couldn’t find and the other the kit was too expensive, but I did get to borrow those two parts and made molds of them, so I can make those part for others if they need them.
I have started on it and got a lot of parts on it, but there are still a few that are unidentifiable and Im needing a pretty hard to find part that Jase said he has and would make a casting for me, then I can adjust the engine section section.
I have been negkecting in posting, which I should, and will as soon as I get off my butt and do it, if you have any questions feel free to ask and I will answer them as best as I can.

Hey Ken, in the front parts of the eagle, what small dome did you use? Was it from the tanks on back of the eagle? Also I’m in primed side pic on the second eagle part what was that mess of tan bits? That’s in the hole.
I picked up the mine sweeper cheap, like 20.00 bucks plus shipping cheap.

yea , those dome pieces are from the fuel cells on the eagle kit . those tan pieces in the little cubby hole are just random casting bits i had kicking around . i added xtra details inside the leapold frames , because it was so bare in there. because my model is a display piece , i wanted it to look a little more technical than the original . that mine sweeper kit provides the part that sits on top of the forward slope of the eagle body.

Hey Kenny, the minesweeper didnt have the part, i found it, it comes from the lindberg 1/288 LSD kit
