I am trying to follow in the footsteps of Neil Ellis and Julien Ce and attempting my 1st Studio scale build of the Imperial Shuttle. Progress has been slow due to fact i have only ever built model kits before, and I am on a steep learning curve. Anyway this is my progress so far, still got a long way to go, but hey Rome was'nt built in a day!

This is awesome work, a great start! I assume you are using Neil Ellis' measurements?

Yep! using a combination of Neil's drawing and also eyeballing the Star Wars Chronicles images to cross reference some size discrepancies. Got as far as I can for the time being, due to UK lock down and will be trying to id fuzzy reference pictures of the Shuttle recess wings. Wish me luck!

An ambitious project but you seem to be doing way more than alright. Really nice work!
