Excellent job with this one there 3d!
The finished result you got look's fantastic, not over weathered, which for me is a hard thing not to do. You nailed this one dude!!

I wasn't a huge fan of this design before but I'm liking it more and more as see fantastic builds like this.
That's an awesome paint job as well and so impressive in Studio Scale. It's huge.
.
Sometimes I build and think and sometimes I just build.

When you see these guys in SS you get hooked quick!!LOL There 60 cm long so right at the 2ft mark, probably right there with the SS X-wing. The engines on this SS A-wing are 200mm long so ya it's big!!LOL

This is truly what these forums are about! I'm glad to see this done in such a record time. I also see that you do the same thing with your painters' tape that I do when unmasking a project.

Nice job on that A! Looks really good. I didn't realize it was that big, nice to see that table and chairs for scale.

I love this thread! I especially love coming back, and seeing all that you did earlier. Most people post pictures of their build with a nice, clean backdrop behind it while they work on it,or after it's built - this shows the paint, and materials used to make this what it is in the pictures with it. I love the process as much as the finished product!

I wish I could get my colours as perfectly matched the first time,as you do Michael. Now that I have a true professional airbrush,I'll have a much easier time, and more fun experimenting with paint schemes.

I agree. Would be nice if polotics wouldn't play into hobbies & arts. I don't think Michaels coming back for thebefore mentioned. His talent will surely be missed & valued.
