Merry Christmas!!
(Oops, a day late for you guys, sorry. It's still Christmas here though.) Looks good! This could be one of the most tedious and challenging parts of the build in terms of the patience required. Just imagine though how much more difficult it would be if the ports weren't split apart like that.
If I can make a suggestion: I really wish they had not added the C-channel to the inside corner of the master pattern right where the castings split apart. I can't imagine how difficult it would be trying to fill that seam with the cast detail right up against the seam line. Therefore, I recommend carefully grinding this off. Then, you can fill in the seam nice and neat. After that, glue a piece of real C-channel back over the top and it should be neatly disguised.
