BTW, keep in mind I made the underlying shapes, but CR added the surface details. If they used the wrong C-channel, oops on them. . .
These castings were a PITA to prep because of shrinkage and warping. So, you are best off keeping what you have there. If you get fresh castings, you'll have to go through the process of straightening and aligning them like I did for you. Believe me, not fun.
Like we've said, this is a very tedious and difficult part of the build. Probably a really smart move to get it out of the way up front.
