The other evening I went through the Maruska plans and took out each individual drawing and place them into separate files. If you PM me your email address, I can send those to you as PDFs.
Maybe your print shop can handle the individual views? In order to print out the top view, you're looking at a paper size of at least 32". So, if you want to do this, check with them to find out their maximum paper size.
