No worries Phil, by pure coincidence I happened to mould those parts last weekend!
Does magnetic paint exist? We could make styrene name plates and paint the back with it. They only need to sit there so shouldn't need powerful magnetic adhesion. Or they could be located with some pins into holes drilled in the bay, but that would be a killer to line up accurately when you think about it.
