Looking really sweet Dave! Seeing those pics makes me want to cut styrene again, it's my favourite building material.
I've used construction glue (Liquid Nails) with great success in strengthening the styrene construction of my Galactica. I'm thinking that it would lock in that square armature of yours VERY well. I've had the stuff inside the G for several years now with zero reaction to the plastic, timber or metal structure. Just a small dab along the seams and internal ribs and braces of your Falcon would make it very strong. Of course, you'd might like to test it on some scrap first for any reaction over time. Just a suggestion.
