Think you are right though and replacing the skins would be the best option. The ones on it now would need to come off the top and sides so the bulkheads can be reworked to get a more desired look to it.
What material are your bulkheads made from, Brad? It's good to see things going back together so well and great to hear there some motivation in the belly for it again.
