OK, it's been on hold again since November due to an extremely busy year with a few things, but I'm back!
I just spoke to Phil and told him I'd post up some pics.
I've built in the starboard bay inner trench area, using aluminium C channel the same as the outers. It really strengthens the bays which have almost zero internal supports now, but are quite rigid with the use of construction glue also. Should be good for 100 years.
OK with most of the greeblies, a few are substitutes as usual. It's hard to see these areas with the photo ref. in places, but I think it's almost there. One thing of note, it's bloody hard working on the inner diagonal top side when the bay is on the model. Something I would never have considered when building the hull in 1998-99....
