Hi all,
Here's the closest I could get to the my collected reference. It was a fun kit to build, and nearly as simple as the despatch pod. I lit up the engines and the screens in the cockpit. The pilot's head was replaced and I sculpted a helmet for it. I'm thinking that this might not be 1/24 scale since the pilot is so small in the cockpit. In the actual studio model, the pilot is a bit bigger in there. I might go back and put the hoses that go from the engines to the fuselage.
I built a base representing, simply, the Death Star 2 being built. The orange construction bits could be duller, and more sophisticated...maybe something to do in the future.
