Hi guys!
I used to build models back in the day, that was until I quit in about 1990, or so. The usual story. I picked up the old tools a few years ago with the Fine Molds 1/72 Y-wing and the 1/72 Millennium Falcon. I built those for photography, as seen here:

I am somewhat obsessed with the Y-wing, always been, I guess. I have now spent a year intensively researching those birds, and all I can say is that it gets more interesting by the day. I am fery fortunate to have one of the rare Neisen Red Jammers, it's in the workbench right now, it's a true beauty both as a kit and as a design. Only it's not going to be a Jammer, it'll be something else.
I'm new to SS modeling and I have found it fascinating enough to obtain two other Star Wars studio scale kits as well, they are waiting on the shelf for the Y-wing to be finished. I'll be on this for quite some time.
