Hey Lee,

I see the following:

Red circle marked 1 looks like a plastruct HEMI on a piece of tubing sized slightly large with the opposite being a dished dome with one of the larger green lamps on it... not clear enough to see well though.
   

#2 is clear enough, they are a set of EMA/Plastruct PMC (pump motor controls) they come in various sizes here is just one example.

           

I hope that helps. If I get more time, I will dig in the other photos. The last one next to my circled #2 looks like one of the white markers (glued upside down on the angle ) you have in the picture above mounted to another piece.
