Bwing F&M with extensive mods.

Well OK, after a long, long hiatus from anything studio scale. I decided to have a potter at the bench this last Sunday afternoon, RC racing is taking up so much time and at present so much more fun, but, some of my builds have been giving me that look of late haha.

This some of you may know is the F&M kit, which i started a while back, but ran out of steam, as i have a goal to build clean models, they may not always be the most accurate, but i dont do crud or junk.

Many parts have been modified using original kit parts, notably the cockpit ring and inner hub, these are all made from the styrene parts, and the hub, spins upon bearings, and now after some tweaking has a gyroscope feature that does work, but isnt perfect, larger bearings, or even thrust races would cure this i feel.

The wing were of notable irritation, many large airbubbles, but it was the fact the smaller greeblies also were a bit of a mess, so off they came, and a full re dress was in order, the naked wing you see is now void of any parts, and ready to be re built and cleaned up.

This weekends antics involved a rebuild of the main wing gun, this is now almost done, with only a few donors i need to add from the parts box.

More to come this coming week, unless i get bogged down by modding the Deag Falcon that is lol, but i want to get a bit done ready for next years show in London.
