It's the results that count.
There's so much trial and error involved in modeling but that's where the learning comes in I guess. On my C1 I was having trouble with thinning down acrylics so they were really thin without looking splotchy. I tried out some old watercolor paints I had (the paste watercolors in a tube). What a huge difference. I guess the watercolors have really fine pigments.
I'll be using them again until I learn something better.
