I think YOU have already gone through every fucking available kit of this subject! Yes, YOU and YOU alone.

Yep! i sure have Don, the Hasagawa kit is the only one that was used, I dont even think tamiya even produced one until after those movies, if at all. (sorry Chris).
So, anyone got any of these?

Actually - Tamiya came before Hasagawa did. In fact ten years - 1965 before anyone ever saw a Hasagawa kit anywhere! You can look at Red leader,and Red 2,and see the Tamiya decals that were cut in half,and applied to the Saturn V engine housings. This is what we all used back in the day for kit bashing. If you look carefully in behind the scenes photos - you can clearky see Tamiya kits all over the old ILM shop.

I have two or 3 of the Tamiya Leopold kits.. 2 of them are from the 70's.. one is a remake I think.. I believe I have the Hesagawa kit too, but Im not sure if it's 1/72 or 1/144.. I know I have 3 of the Karl Morser kits too...
