Molding and casting

Well, thanks for that Cobra, although a bit late on the advice.. I pretty much learned that when I was making the small casts for my Voyager. I kept running into the issue with my rubber staying gooey despite 6 hours of curing.. so, ModelNutz turned me on too sealing it with Acrylic.. SO, after that, when I was making the sensor arrays by hand, I sprayed them over with Acrylic which did the trick!
