LOL, gents.
I hope to continue scanning the local home centers for similar "clearance" cabinets and such and maybe eventually have a very nice cohesive and "finished" setup. For now, the countertop (workspace!) was the priority.
I did just stop into another distant Home Depot tonight while running an errand and while they had nothing on sale I checked again and they really do want more for just one of the cabinets with double doors than I paid for EVERYTHING! Just gotta "talk nice" to a manager and try to strike a deal on the items they wanna move or that they'd call scratch-and-dent, which often just means the inner shelving was already stolen out of it?
