I'm sorry for not answering your question, Doug. No - these aren't laser cut, I did this by hand with a Dremel Moto-tool. I drew out the basic design, then cut along the edge very carefully. I smoothed these out with 60 grit, then refined them with 220, and finally with 600 grit to make the edge super fine, and glassy smooth. This is how I cut all my acrylic pieces, which will be almost finished when I get the canopy, and vault (fuselage backside) cut.
