You did it the right way, Julien. I figure this was done mostly by hand once cut from acrylic sheet. It looks very good! I love the look of it after it's been assembled, I just hate the lengthy process it takes to get it there. I don't blame anyone who's scratch made their own kits, and not wanted to do it anymore! The scribe lines a perfect, and always hard to fix once they're messed up. I love the machined look to this, it's perfectly straight, and professional looking.
