Well , I actually had some time to myself , And decided to start my Pegasus build all over AGAIN . First order of buisiness , is the armature . I spent a few hours on Christmas day cutting the 2 inch muffler pipe to thier specific lengths.Then cleaned all the pipe openings of any flashing.Tuesday ,Dec. 28,2010 ... I spent a few hours building a jig for the armature to hold everything inplace for proper fittment while mig - welding all the cut pieces of pipe in place . Yesterday I welded all the pieces together while taking time to check for straightness and squareness .The jig worked like a charm , and the job took about 3 hours . I now have a proper armature and will be posting pics. as soon as i get some more batteries for the camera which seems to be a PIG on batteries !!!!
