Hey Jason...finally got around to joining in over here....check out the armature from Mike Reader

I wonder if it'll fit the pyro X-Wing. I'm worried the octagon mount won't fit. The wing opening is the same as the V3 so the wing mounts shouldn't be a problem. Damn....$125 is a steal!

The hollow pyro fuselagewalls are thinner than the V3, I think it would fit w/o any problem Joe.

It's lumpy thick from the resin. Not like the thin walls of my V3. Not too much of a problem there as I can easily shave that. I was more concerned about the cockpit. The pyro cockpit is part of the fuse. I'm worried I would have to cut into the pyro cockpit to accomodate the length of the armature rod. I'm ordering one for sure for the V3. I'll test it on the pyro and if it works, I'll just buy another one for it. BTW, I talked to the machinist who's making these. He said he had no intentions of deadlining the armatures. So if you need some time to gather the funds, he said he'll still be there. Joe

I ordered 2 armatures from Mike the other day.He said they'll take 4-5 weeks until there ready to ship.
