I thought you might like to see my latest project. It's the 23" Eagle from the show Space 1999. I got this kit from Replicas Unlimited. I lit up the engine bells even though the ones in the show weren't, I think it helps it come to life. Enjoy.

The Eagles are really a great believable design and at 23" that is an impressive size at that.

I totally agree with my Antipodean associates above. Really sharp build there mate, it looks great! Just a classic design that will always look 'right' to me.

Thanks guys! This one was a little more complex than the X-Wing but worth the trouble. This one was cast in a bright white resin that did not take the paint very well. I normally wash the parts in soapy water before it's assembled but apparently that wasn't enough. I ended up cleaning the parts again with paint thinner and a tooth brush, that seemed to do the trick. I hadn't run into that before. live and learn.
