3phase Red Jammer help

OK I’m getting thru my build and was wondering if I can get some help. First I am missing a few parts but if I can not get them I am OK with it as I have had this kit for a while now and should have checked it when I first got it.

Also i am about to order the TEE strip so if any one in Australia has them for sale or needs anything from Plastruct let me know.

Also i would like to purchase the BF109 guns if someone has any and a R5 droid as i intend to leave the jammer dome section removable and have a droid section as well (if you know what i mean|)

Next part i was given 2 the same but 1 of them should have more to it on the end.

The first photo is from the Airfix Hurricane. Rodolfo (Rodmart) made a pretty sweet R5 unit for his X-wing kit, you might try contacting him for that.
I can send you the Kettenkrad part if you'd like.

Mate thanks for the offer but i dont think i will get the other parts so might as well go with what i got, and thanks i will try Rodmart for a R5.

It's cool of you to take the responsibility because you didn't check the parts when you bought the kit. However, most GK makers are helpful when it comes to replacing parts. I know the ones I have dealt with, at least. I would give the kit maker a try to get correct parts. I haven't dug into my Kettenkrad in a while but I don't remember any of the tracks looking like the resin ones you have. Give it a shot, man.

EDIT: I forgot that there are tracks like that on the wings!

Ok back on this been a long time. Pic of trying to keep stuff down while the glue sets. I really need to get that wonder spray I have seen on Captain cardboards build video of his X-Wing where he glues a part then sprays it with something and sets the glue instantly. Kicker I think he called it.
One of my girls came out and seen the red hair band and said there for school dad I'm telling mum.

That kicker is great stuff, I normally just apply some with a toothpick rather than spraying. You must get some and try it out. :-)

Ok should show where im up to on this. Primer done and most pipes ready. Just waiting for a bit of time and weather to start final painting. Also shown that I can replace out between the original guns and the new guns (new guns not shown)

Thanks mate. I did start out trying to be accurate to the model. With the colours anyway but I then just started freelancing the weathering otherwise I'd start tearing my hair out.
