First of all, the sentence can be a bit awkward using a translator. I ask for your understanding in advance.
When I first encountered this hobby, I thought it was ridiculously impossible to identify and buy each and every one of these donor parts, but more people than I thought.
Your passion was a huge shock to me. (How on earth do you recognize that?)
So, I've also joined here to embark on this journey. I love Star Wars, especially ANH, so I'm planning on 4ft ISD, escape pods, and more.
That's why I'm buying mainly those kits from that time (recently I ordered and waited for the newly released sealab).
Korea, where I live, is too unfit for that hobby. The main reason is that most old kits are hard to get here. Especially Bandai's military.
But I'll think of those difficulties as the beauty of this hobby and get through it.
I hope there's a lot of learning here.
(donor parts ID, retooling kits to watch out for, model dimensions and structure, etc...) Nice to meet you!
