I am about 85-90% done with the molding, just got the main body mold done yesterday. The main body is going to be rotocast and foam filled, and since kit parts don't come out all that well with rotocasting, at least not as consistent as i would like, almost every kit part is cast separately. i think the only other kit i did with so many plant ones was the BSG shuttle, it's not a lot of fun to be honest....
Keep an eye on the RPF for the update from Dave, he will be doing the sale and shipping, I really am just the mold maker and caster on this one for the most part.
I will say that i am planning on shutting down the casting in mid Nov until about mid March, I hate casting in the cold, plus it gives me a chance to build some stuff for myself and concentrate on some pattern building
