Well, I have got back onto this again of late. Stops & starts but want to get this done before concentrating fully on the 5' Falcon hull.
My original plan for the fuselage did not work for me, so started again using solely styrene for everything, much better now & in the end will be less labour intensive. The size & thickness of the styrene can be intimidating at times, but loving the quickness that can be achieved.
All the parts that I would want 3-D printed have been done, which has saved a ton of work on the detailing pieces.
Oh, I wasn't happy with my wing skins, being the wrong thickness, so redoing these too. I had 2mm for all skins, now changing to a more accurate 3mm for the outer skin. I decided if I left them as they were, it would bug the heck out of me
I will post up pics after a bit more progress made.
