Great start there and really cool seeing all the steps you are taking to bring this one to life so to speak.
How thick is that styrene you are using for the vac formed pieces? Does it stretch the styrene making it thinner as it's pulled down making the finished parts thinner than the original thickness? If so i take it you need to allow for that in your buck sizing to start with.
