Completed surface detailing.



Modified details in white styrene and brass and changes to the panels lines.











Light test on the engines.



Light test on the front lights. For the front lights I wanted to duplicate the look in the inset photo.
I shaped clear plastic lights at the front connected to the lights with thick 1.5mm fiber optic.
Between the LEDs and the fiber optic I put in an amber colored lighting gel.
Black electrical tape covers the LED to help reduce light leaks around the canopy.

I also added the small metal tube detail in the grille to match the studio model.



Here's the stand I made so I can paint all sides at the same time.
