Nice progress!! All the changes look good. Just one thing: the blade attachment arms on the 257 blades need to be removed - minor quibble and easy to do with nail clippers.
Too bad about the mold damage, but even with all the bad casts and remolding you are still probably cheaper than getting all the Roco's needed for even one Battlestar the 215 is almost nonexistent anymore.
even if you manage to get the Roco's for about 15 US Dollars apiece (you need 71 of them) it come to 1100 US Dollars, you can buy a lot of casting supplies for that.
