Thanks but had to rip it apart. When I joined the bottom sloe edge to the engine box it pushed the side wall up & trench wall down 
No choice but to crack it apart & start again.

Sanding to clean up glue
Rejoining to be straight
Aligning with use of engine back plate
Shoulod come together well now those trench walls are perfectly lined up.
