What you need for cutting long passes on acrylic is one of these, Jase. I usually cut acrylic by hand with the Moto-tool. I draw a line where I need it to be cut, then use the Moto-tool with the blade that I made from a fender washer to cut as close to it as possible. Then, I cut it down further with 60 grit sandpaper to the edge with a sanding block to ensure a perfectly straight line. Then I sand it ultra smooth with 320, and 600 grit. That's only because I'm too lazy to use a router, or the Moto-tool routing attachment in the picture below.
