I agree..it's pretty good....I typically use Mold Max 40 for my production molds....less likely to distort under pressure.
I used the MM 30 because it could be thickened with the Thi-Vex....and, Smooth-On offers a fast catlyst which cures the silicone in a lot less time...like 4 hours !
Allows me to do multi layered molds in one day.
As a matter of fact, I just finished applying the last layer of rubber to the Voyager's main hull about 2 1/2 hours ago and it's already time for the shell
