Well, I've been monkeying around with PIC programming the last couple of days. As with anything new, there is a slight learning curve..
I played around with it and wrote a program.. it didn't work. I tried several times.. then finally, I found a "known good" program that supposedly worked... and it still didn't. At any rate, after two days of playing around..and total frustration, I had an idea. Finally I had a break through! It turned out that I didn't have some configuration stuff set properly.. kinda tricky stuff in the beginning.. think I got licked now.. well, until I try some new tricks
..
Anyway, I wrote a test program just to make sure things were working.. anyway, all it does is more or less a one way Cylon effect or Knight rider effect??? They start all on and one by one all go off.. and then they all come back at once and start all over again....

It's only the beginning!
