Thanks Mike & Richard. Mike your right in the way that my castings have a little 'flash' on the bottom & once that is sanded off each one should bring them in pretty close to what I need. Then if I take that 1/2mm off like you suggested I should be pretty much ok. The top Roco's fit pretty good now I remember so Im feeling better already. I'll sort it out this afternoon.
