Man,that sucks!!
But hey,it's not the end of the world,just get another piece cut.This time you know what it needs to be,so you won't have ta do a thing.It'll be the right length straight from the cutters.Now,it could have been worse,someone like myself would have had that lid scribed already also.LOL
